We gladly accept returns on most items purchased within 30 days, returned in their original condition (brand new, including original tags/packaging, unworn, unlaundered, not customized). To ensure items are returnable, try on items in a clean, indoor area. Footwear, equipment and apparel used at an indoor soccer facility or gym will show signs of wear and will not be considered new.
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy. Returns and exchanges are accepted until January 31, 2019 with original/gift receipt. Return/exchanged product must be in new/unused condition with original tags/packaging. No returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise purchased at a retail location.
To effectively and efficiently process returns please include a completed Return Form, which can be found on the back of your invoice.
How to return merchandise
Stefans Soccer offers return services on web orders at any of our four retail locations. If you need to send the product back through the mail please see below for instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on all returns. In the event that an error is made on our part we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.
Your original package will include a pre-paid US Postal Service Return Service label. If you did not receive a pre-paid Return Service label or you need another one please e-mail email@example.com with your order number in the subject heading. You will be e-mailed a pre-paid Return Service label.
The cost of using each return label is $7.99. This cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit. In the event that you send back product for return using a pre-paid label and the return is denied, you will be charged $7.99 using the original form of payment from your order.
If you choose to return merchandise at your own cost, the return address is below. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost en route. Any returns made COD or marked "Bill Recipient" will be refused.

All returns must be made in appropriate packaging. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox and shipped inside of another box or the reusable poly shipping bag in which the shoes came. Footwear returns that are shipped only in the original shoe box, with no other shipping container, will be refused and no refund will be given.
We cannot accept returns on the following
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- Used, worn, or laundered items
- Items without the original tags or packaging (e.g., shoebox, GK glove bag)
- Customized items (e.g., printed jerseys)
- Parts of a set (e.g., pants only from a warm up suit or shorts only from a uniform set)
Customers sending back product for return that do not qualify within the parameters of The Stefans Soccer Return Policy (e.g., over 30 days have passed, customized product, used product) will not be issued a refund.
Customers will have the option to have these items shipped back to them at their own cost.
A defective product is defined as a product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to a manufacturing or design flaw. A defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 30 days of use. For that reason we only accept defective returns within 30 days of your purchase.
An item's price does not indicate longevity, merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction.
All items we receive labeled as defective are put through rigorous tests to ensure the product does in fact have a factory defect.
Due to the intense nature of the game, all items - especially footwear and gloves - will experience normal wear and tear.
Examples of NON-DEFECTS:
- Footwear: Normal wear and tear; minimal sole separation, color loss, scuff marks. Excessive sole separation at toe area due to shoes being too big. Blistering of the foot.
- GK Gloves: Latex Foam Deterioration; latex is a fragile material and may begin to wear away after minimal use (1 or 2 times) depending on playing surface, playing style, and amount of use.
- Balls: Balls that have been punctured. Color loss and scuff marks.
All equipment may need replacement after a season of play due to normal wear and tear. Synthetic surfaces and indoor facilities will generally lessen the life of all equipment.
In the event that you feel that an item does have a manufacturer's defect, fill out the Return Form and follow the regular product return procedure. Defective product evaluations are also available by store managers at any of the four Stefans Soccer retail locations. If you return an item in the mail due to defect and the item is not considered defective you will be given the option to have the item shipped back to you at your own cost. If return shipping costs are not provided by the customer within 30 days of the defect denial, the item will be discarded.
If your item is deemed defective you will not be charged return shipping as long as a pre-paid label provided by Stefans Soccer is used. (Defective merchandise shipped back at the customer's expense will not be refunded.) For any items accepted as defective you will receive a merchandise credit for 100% of the original purchase price and standard shipping charges. This credit may be used on the same product, if available, or any other product(s).

We are unable to do exchanges on orders returned through the mail. Return the item(s) you do not need or want for a refund and order the new item(s) you want. You can make exchanges in store at any of our locations.

Once we receive and approve your return you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It may take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up with your credit card statement.

Once we receive and approve a defective merchandise return you will receive an e-mail confirmation. On approved returns of defective merchandise you will receive a merchandise credit for the full purchase price of the item plus the cost of ground shipping.
Can I return or exchange customized product?Top
All sales are final on customized products like licensed jerseys with a player name and number and cannot be returned or exchanged.
