Can I cancel my order?Top

Most orders can be cancelled if they have not shipped. Customized jerseys cannot be cancelled once the order goes into process. To see if an order can be cancelled, email web.sales@stefanssoccer.com with cancel and the order number in the subject heading or call 262-432-0440.

What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable?Top

In order to provide you with the best possible selection we offer product inventory from our warehouse and 4 retail locations. On the rare occasion that we do not have the inventory to fill your order we will either offer you an alternative product as a substitute or issue a refund.

Why can't I order a product and pick it up in store the same day?Top

We are happy to offer in-store pickup for your convenience. While on some occasions your selected pickup store may have the item you need in stock, often times the item will need to be transferred from a different location. As always we will make every effort to have your order ready as soon as possible. If you need something immediately from a specific store we suggest that you call that location and work directly with a sales associate.

Why was I charged sales tax on my order?Top

Appropriate Wisconsin state and county sales tax is applied to any order shipping to a Wisconsin address.

How long will it take to receive my order?Top

Order processing times are typically 1-3 business days (M-F). Expedited orders placed Monday-Friday by 1:00 p.m. CT are processed and shipped by the next business day. Once shipped, transit times depend on your mailing address and selected shipping option. Most orders will reach customers in 5-7 business days. Where can I find a sizing guide?Top

Sizing guides are available on most product pages. These are general guidelines and are not specific to each style. Due to differences in styles and personal preference of fit, the sizing guides may not always be accurate.

I placed a pre-order for an item that cannot be shipped right away. Will the rest of my order be held?Top

Yes, any order that includes a back ordered item will not be processed until all items are available. If you do not want to wait for the in stock product to ship until the back ordered item is available please place a separate order.

Can I place an order over the phone?Top

StefansSoccer.com orders are only able to be ordered online. To place an order over the phone, you can call any of our retail locations and work directly with a sales associate.

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?Top

Standard shipping options can be sent to P.O. Box addresses. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Can I track my order?Top

Yes, once your order is shipped you will be sent a shipping confirmation with tracking info. This info can be used to track your purchase through usps.com or Fedex.com

Do you ship internationally?Top

No, we are only able to ship to addresses in the United States.

What is your return policy?Top

All Stefans Soccer locations and StefansSoccer.com accept returns on most new/unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. For a more detailed version of our return policy, please visit our Returns/Exchanges page.

Can I return product and exchange for another product?Top

We are unable to do exchanges on orders returned through the mail. Return the item(s) you do not need or want for a refund and order the new item(s) you want. You can make exchanges in store at any of our locations.

Can I make returns or exchanges at your retail stores?Top

Yes, any StefansSoccer.com web orders or any retail store purchases can be returned or exchanged at any Stefans Soccer location. All sales are final on customized products like licensed jerseys with a player name and number and cannot be returned or exchanged.

I returned an item, how long before I receive my credit?Top

Once we receive and approve your return, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It may take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

I returned a defective item, how long before I receive my credit?Top

Once we receive and approve a defective merchandise return you will receive an e-mail confirmation. On approved returns of defective merchandise you will receive a merchandise credit for the full purchase price of the item plus the cost of ground shipping.

Can I return or exchange customized product?Top

All sales are final on customized products like licensed jerseys with a player name and number and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return or exchange clearance items?Top

In store, all sales are final on clearance items. Clearance merchandise purchased on StefansSoccer.com in new/unused condition with all tags can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Can I purchase gift cards online?Top

Yes, you are able to buy Stefans Soccer gift cards online which can be used at StefansSoccer.com or any of our four retail locations. You can either have a physical gift card shipped to you or another person or you can purchase an electronic gift card available for immediate use.

Where Can I use my Stefans Soccer gift card?Top

Whether purchased online or in-store, your Stefans Soccer gift card can be used online or at any of our retail locations.

How long is a Stefans Soccer gift card valid?Top

Stefans Soccer gift cards never expire, you can use it anytime at StefansSoccer.com or at any one of our retail locations.

Where do I find my gift card number?Top

Your card number is located on the back of your card at the bottom next to "Card #". The number listed next to "Pin #" is not needed to check your balance or redeem your card.

How do I check my gift card balance?Top

Your gift card balance is available from several areas on the site, from your account tab if you are logged in to your account, at the bottom of every page, or from our Gift Cards page.

Can I return a Stefans Gift Card?Top

Stefans Soccer gift cards may not be returned or cancelled after purchase. If you return product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund will be returned to the original gift card or issued on a new gift card if necessary. If you return product originally purchased with multiple gift cards, the total dollar value will be returned to the most-recent purchased gift card or issued on a new gift card if necessary.

If I lost my gift card can you issue a new one?Top

Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Treat them like cash. In the event that a card purchase and number can be verified, the balance can be transferred to a new card and the original card will be cancelled.
