| Can I place an order after the deadline? | ^TOP | |
| Yes. Orders are accepted all year. The order deadline signifies the orders that will be bulked by team for delivery to your club. If you place your order after the deadline you will be responsible for delivery of your order and will pay a slightly higher price. | ||
| When will my order be ready? | ^TOP | |
If your order was placed prior to the deadline date, your order will be processed along with your entire team and delivered to your team manager about 1-2 weeks prior to your first scheduled game. If your order was placed after the deadline but prior to your first game, your order will be processed on an individual basis. These orders will not begin processing until all pre-deadline orders have been completed. The typical processing time for these orders are 1-2 weeks for uniform items and 3-4 weeks for any items containing embroidery such as warm-ups or bags. We will make every effort to complete your order prior to your first game but orders placed after the deadline ARE NOT guaranteed for delivery prior to the start of the season. If your order was placed after the season has begun, your order be be processed on a first in first out basis. The typical processing time for these orders are 2-4 weeks based on availability and customization options. |

| If a size does not appear for an item it is currently sold out. You may need to select a substitute size or you may call our team division, at 262-432-0440, to inquire about the date the product is expected back in stock. | ||
| Why are the prices higher after the deadline? | ^TOP | |
| The prices are raised based on the processing time involved for the order. When we process the club as a group we are to print several hundred items at a time using the exact same materials. When we process your individual order after the deadline we print one item, and then next item may have an entirely different printing process, requiring equipment and material changes, which drastically add to the time involved in processing. |

| This is an issue with some old browser versions. It is recommended that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 or Mozilla Firefox . There are a lot of security and feature enhancements in new browsers that will enhance your web experience outside of this site as well. | ||
